This weekend we celebrated the wedding of Sarah and Danny! Sarah and Danny are two Florida Gators from Gainesville. Savannah has always been a special place for these two, and the perfect location for them to tie the knot. Sarah and Danny have known each other since grade school, but it was not until a couple years ago that they finally knew they were the right one for each other. When you see these two together though, you can never imagine them apart. They are that type of couple that when you see them in one another's arms, their love just radiates from their connection to each other.

Sarah and Danny started their day as Sarah slipped into a beautiful flowing Vera Wang gown, and Danny put on his tailored suit equipped with a fedora and custom made tie. Once ready, Sarah and Danny were eager to see each other for the first time that day. Emotions and excitement were running high, but nerves were settled quickly as they saw each other for the first time. After their first look, we spent the evening walking around Savannah's Historic District, and capturing some fun and beautiful images of Sarah and Danny.

Sarah and Danny's ceremony was not only unique but very romantic. The ceremony took place at Orleans Square at twilight. In a unique twist, lanterns were carried in by the bridal party (instead of traditional flowers) to set the ambiance. The feel of the ceremony and Sarah and Danny's vows were so serene and represented traditions from both of their families. As the nuptials concluded, guests made their way to Alligator Soul for an elegant, formal dinner.

Alligator Soul is a favorite restaurant of Sarah and Danny, it was even were they got engaged! Two long tables were decorated in gold and peacock colors, with long moss table runners, lanterns and candles down the center. Sarah and Danny's dinner was one big family celebration! The celebration continued at Mercury Lounge, as Sarah and Danny wanted everyone to enjoy some fun and laid-back, live music. At Mercury Lounge, guests danced late into the night enjoying a great live blues band and celebrating in the amazing love of Sarah and Danny!

This weekend was the wedding day of Katie of Rob. A beautiful couple, and a beautiful day, in which Katie got to slip into her stunning Vera Wang gown to marry her best friend, and the love of her life, Rob. Rob and Katie's day started out nice and relaxed, as the two of them, the wedding party and close family got ready together at Wesley Monumental Church, here in Savannah GA. As anticipation gained of thoughts of the big ceremony, both Katie and Rob's nerves grew, and could not wait to be husband and wife.

As the time finally came, Katie was all but excited as she finally walked down the aisle and saw Rob for the first time. All nerves melted away during a very devout and personal ceremony lead by a close family member. Lots of tears and laughter were shared between Katie, Rob, friends and family.

As the ceremony concluded, guests made their way to the beautiful Delta Plantation, in South Carolina, where a gorgeous spread was laid out by Sebrell Smith Designer Events. The Delta Plantation is such a unique venue, filled with Lowcountry charm. This 2,752 acre rice plantation was founded in 1830 by the renowned lawyer and politician Langdon Cheves. It has changed hands many times since then, but is now owned by Mr.John Cay, of Savannah's firm of Palmer and Cay.

This timeless setting was the perfect backdrop for the celebration of Katie and Rob's wedding. Guests enjoyed dinner, refreshments and live music, under the stars and tent next to the more recently built modern pool house. Katie and Rob left the reception as guests sent them off surrounded by sparklers. Rob drove the two of them off in an antique 1946 Ford convertible.
